The Eretz-Ard Political Framework was created with a basis in and inspiration by several political documents and agreements.

The main outline of the constitution was based largely on two main sources:
The Constitution of the United States of America
Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation

The Immigration plan in the constitution was inspired by the immigration policy of the Province of Quebec in the country of Canada

The Bill of Rights for the Individual section was based on serval documents:

International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights (1966)
UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)

The Bill of Right for the Collectives, National Indigenous Rights was largely based on the UNDRIP
UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007)
